Payment Methods
Transcribing Solutions accepts credit cards, cashier's checks, money orders or checks from law firms. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Personal checks will be rejected and your transcript will not be processed. You may mail the deposit to our mailing address, ship via mail service or leave your deposit at the Transcribing Solutions office drop.
In accordance with Chief Justice Directives, we cannot begin processing your transcript request until adequate payment arrangements have been arranged between the provider (Transcribing Solutions), and the requester. In achieving this mandate, Transcribing Solutions has established a deposit schedule equal to 75% of the estimated total based on the length of the hearing requested. You will be asked to submit the deposit that corresponds with the payment estimates below.
(Please DO NOT underestimate the length of your hearing requested, once the hearing length we are told is reached, we will stop production until additional deposit is received. It is imperative that an accurate assessment of length, where possible, is provided. Failure to do so will result in a significant delay in receipt of your transcript, and it will start the 10 and/or 30 day timeframe over)
Standard
If you require your transcript to be completed within 30 days of us receiving your deposit you need to order your transcript STANDARD. Please see pricing below.
Expedited
If you require your transcript to be completed within 10 days of us receiving your deposit you need to order your transcript EXPEDITED. Please see pricing below.
Payment Estimates
We will always attempt to produce transcripts at our earliest opportunity in order to best serve our customers, but based on volume we cannot provide a guarantee.
